Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return.

How to Return a Product

All returns must be made by mail. If your item is eligible for return, you can request a return label from us. We’ll provide a link where you can download and print the return shipping label.

Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and materials included.

We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you’re returning an item due to personal reasons (such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Our Responsibility: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Just contact our support team, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for any return. We believe returning a product should be hassle-free.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the item you want instead.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
